Just a little tidbit about Bridals. Location is key. Light is key. Pose is key. Literally…the exact pose is key. Many of my clients ask me…why do bridals take longer for a few shots? Well, it’s easy. The dress, the dress and the dress. I sound repetitive here but I can’t stress enough about how all photo factors come into play when photographing a Bride’s dress on location.
This said, our goal for Lindsey was a clean background, artificial light with just enough pop for detail and contrast. The total shoot time….2 hours and this was our winner! We canvased this at 20×30 and it was spectacular at the wedding reception. Notice the detail in the dress, her natural skin tone and of course the gorgeous background to bring her to the focus forefront. Congrats Lindsey! You made a gorgeous bride!
